Did PBS Kids PLAY run on an external server (like Club Penguin and Miitomo)? If so, I think you will need to get someone to reverse engineer the server files and remake it from scratch

I've never posted on this forum before, so apologies if any of this is wrong or if my etiquette isn't quite right. I wanted to post my findings.
First, this youtube video of a french-speaking man exploring the site: www.youtube.com/watch?v=JztEWv_by3Q This indicates a few things: 1. The shows featured were, at least, Berenstain Bears, Mr. Rogers, Bob the Builder, Curious George, Mama Mirabelle's Home Movies, Frannie's Feet, and Wumpa's World. Stick a pin in that last one. 2. There was a free version AND a subscription version. I assume this means some amount of content was hosted on a server in some way. Based on the content at 3:28, I assume the subscription unlocked certain content or skills- note the greyed-out boxes.
Finally- and perhaps most interesting of all- I believe I've tracked down one of the games featured. Remember Wumpa's World? It's that. I'm 90% sure I found the company who made the game. www.ndimedia.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/wumpa-brochure-split-pages.pdf That is a link to a brochure for the game. I remember this game being hosted on the Treehouse website, but the art for Wumpa matches the thumbnail art in the youtube video I linked. Might be worth looking into?
www.ndimedia.com/kids-experience/ "From our longstanding collaboration with producers at PBS Kids, BBC Kids, Sprout, Scholastic and National Geographic..."
Wikipedia, though, suggests otherwise, stating that it was aired on: - Treehouse TV (where I remember it from) - The Knowledge Channel - APTN - CCTV - TVB - TDM
I wouldn't be shocked if it aired on some Canadian equivalent of PBS Kids, or if they just had access to it. Given that the Youtube video I linked is a french-speaking dude, it could've been Canadian? The website from the developer of the game states for sure that it was licensed with PBS Kids. Even if the TV Show wasn't, the game was.
i looked around on wayback machine on the kids play website (www.pbskidsplay.org) for a bit, but i dont think you can even download the thing without paying.
according to the amazon reviews the disc does come with an install wizard for the program though. you need to be online to play, but it still might be a big step if we're able to rip the contents online?
sadly i dont have 50 dollars to spend, but ill be keeping an eye out at thrift stores and used book stores and the like. theres so much internet-age stuff thats lost to time already, and the longer it goes on the harder its going to get to archive things like this. sad, really. good luck on your search
