Hocus Focus is an early Nickelodeon show that had no episodes online until recently. It took pre-existing shorts and created an original framing device around them. Sorta like Pinwheel (in fact, it was made by the same people that made Pinwheel), except it was aimed at older kids as oppose to Pinwheel's preschool demographic. Most of the shorts in the available episode are easy to identify because they retained the titles and credits (although even with that, there's only one I was able to find elsewhere), but not the last one. A few people I know have tried to identify it with some even reverse image searching screenshots but to no avail. I'm not sure how to describe it, but it has sorta this strange feel to it that has me wanting to know what it's called and who made it. It starts at 49:08.
Thanks to Stravinsky's "The Firebird" playing in the background, I managed to find it : )
It's "B'raesheet" (1973) by John Tenton. It was originally a 7-min. short piece released in 1973, and in 2010 Tenton made a "Complete Version" to the already existing material, doubling its length to 11 and a half. The Complete Version is freely available for watching through Tenton's Earthlight Pictures' YouTube account:
More about the film (and how the evolution process was imitated in Carl Sagan's "Cosmos" TV series - the first thing that came to my mind when watching your video) here: earthlightpictures.com/pages/braesheet.html

The video is blocked in my country, but wow, thanks! A couple other people actually tried going off the music, but didn't have any luck.
