Ok, from what i have gathered, mogobe was an browser game similar to club penguin that targeted young children to teach manners and improve on social interaction, the oldest records that i was able to find about the game was an youtube video from 2009, but, it could be released even earlier than that, anyways, the game seems to have been released around late 2000's and got international servers around 2010-2013 depending on the country you are from, some years later it was closed after it was sued because it was charging users without their consent. (im not 100% sure about that but its my best lead)
since the game was pretty obscure, and the community was mostly composed of kids, when the game closed it probably wasn't backed up online...
just wanna say here that my english is not that great, so, if you need help, i will try to help the better i can! so now, lemme show you the data i found on my search:

I found this, it seems to be a game design portfolio. And an odd forum post about the game being made by an Israeli company stating that the game targets children of the jewish religion.
In regards to the climate strike appearing on the site now, it looks like the group that organized it used the website's mascots as their mascots, maybe the game had something to do with the strike.
Edit: The name of the man on the portfolio is Roee Avramot. It lists his location at the time of the post as Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, which could link the forum post to his company by location.
UPDATE ON MOGOBE: so, yeah, it's been a while, i've been searching pretty much by myself, and i know probably no one is searching for this, but i just wanted to document my findings. (also, wanted to give a BIG shout out for everyone that commented in my youtube video sharing their finds [mainly slaygold]):
1- mogobe.com was active until 5/6/2018 until it was shut down.
Hey, I'm surprised to find out there are even a minority amount of people looking for the game that unfortunately was shutting down in every version that it had. We know exactly the reason for the shutdown of the game and we have alot of files regarding that game, We are a group of people actually dedicated to recreate the game and we were forming touch with one of the biggest founders of that game. We did ask for permission to try to recreate a version with those game assets that we have gathered (which the founder approved of and let us do) And now we are trying to build and gather the community back again. As you can tell, most of the population of the game came from Israel since the game was originally designed, programmed and founded there. so most of the information regarding to the game closure can be found in hebrew aswell but lucky you, We can explain every detail regarding that situation. you seem like you want to take part in the recreation of the game, so you are more than welcomed to join us to the community discord, there you can ask questions regarding to the closure or whatever you'd like to ask about the recreation of the game and we'll probably answer you shortly!
