Weird DVD I had as a kid?

I remember having a weird DVD with a specific show (or more specifically a ton of shorts of the same show compiled into one dvd), think of it as something like asdfmovie but on a dvd, tons of scenarios with no link. It was called "Oblačići" (its in Serbian), which roughly translates as cloudlet or something like that (small cloud), it was kind of like a flat world (think of Kaeloo, another obscure ass show but the ground was kind of light blue) all the characters looked almost exactly the same, ill try to draw a sketch, i remember roughly what the box looked like, it had a screenshot of the show, with the words "Oblačići" on top of it, i can recall roughly what it looked like, it looked kind of like what the team fatal logo looked like (4:35 in this video youtu.be/YQqlHc4G6yI) but a tiiiiiny bit darker. i think i have the box of it in my garage, it would be a bitch to find but it might be worth it. heres a sketch of what the characters looked like, i dont remember how their torso and apendages looked like but they were 100% there
