School Bus Teaching Video

I remember in elementary school when the class and I sat down on the floor in the library. The projector started showing a video on a white screen about school bus safety. All I remember is that the school bus had a creepy ass face, it was live action, the bus was NOT cgi or animated it was a puppet or something, and the bus was teaching a bunch of kids about safety in the road and bus.

I thought it was hilariously stupid when I first saw it and I can't find it anywhere.
