Since there are many articles on this wiki that talk about cancelled/unreleased games and in rare cases unreleased versions of games that were released or cancelled all together and that the wiki mentions Harmy's Despecialized Editions on lost higher quality theatrical cuts of the original Star Wars films, can we make official mentions of unofficial/fan-made recreations of unreleased games and/or versions of games in development during beta and prototype stages? Mostly by including information on the Duke Nukem Forever 2013 (not 2011) mod for Duke Nukem 3D (requiring the eDuke32 source port) and recreations of unreleased maps of Counter-Strike: Condition Zero during Gearbox Software's development by YouTuber ESCalation.

Well, unless these betas or prototypes of these unreleased games or versions no longer exist in any company archives, like the Duke Nukem Forever early versions which are unlikely to no longer exist in 3D Realms or Gearbox Software's archives (the latter company now completely owns the Duke Nukem franchise, likely for preventing any leaks from theirs or 3D Realms archives), unless an ex-3D Realms employee would had done that or if said ex-employee had a backup master cd of one of those prototypes.

Since recreating footage and screenshots is the result of luck and imagination like what ESCalation is doing with unreleased Counter-Strike maps, I often see ModDB pages of 2 unreleased iterations of Team Fortess 2 (Valve's Team Fortress/Brotherhood of Arms & Invasion) that always seems to always be dead/archived, likely due to ModDB policies on automatically unmaintaining mods based on those 2 iterations, so anyone can recreate screenshots and pre-release videos, similar to how the creator of the Counter-Strike map de_dust cited a Middle-East styled map in screenshots of the former iteration of TF2 as a source of the map in Counter-Strike.
So anyone want to do that, just like ESCalation is doing, and make a ModDB group for this wiki?

Is it even possible for me (If I'm even allowed) to create a ModDB group page for this wiki so that modders for PC games on that site can know the existence of our wiki? Just like how there is a Steam group for this wiki.
Probably only if whatever recreation you mention is significant enough.
I think the idea of recreating content is fine, but it's not up to the creator to decide if its release warrants notability. See for instance, Peter Jackson's recreation of the spider pit scene, or TCM's recreation of London After Midnight.
Also, there is the in development Half-Life mod Absolute Zero, an attempt to recreate an early version of Valve's 1998 First-Person Shooter video game Half-Life in a playable state. It isn't the 0.52 alpha build from 1997, rather it's several screenshots and pre-release videos before the game's release in 1998.
The mod is still in development and a playable demo is out now, but it's looking pretty good so far.
