Hey, I'm not a regular here but i do post sometimes about some stuff i found a little while back.
But ive kind of gotten into the hobby of hunting for lost media. That has given me an idea
i think is worth exploring but would like some feedback and research links. I would like to make an online
series thats like MST3K, but for lost and unclaimed media, including everything from Commercials, Local TV specials
and old instructional tapes. I wouldn't necessarily like to "talk over" the footage but do it in a more "elvira" or
"joe bob briggs" style set up, where i can explain the history or any info i find out about the media in question.
Does this sound fun to anybody? If so i'd like to benchmark some shows that are currently like this. Do you have
any shows that would be a good fit to research? It would actually be great if they were small time youtube productions
rather than big network shows. I found a youtuber called "brutalmoose" who has a "televoid" series thats somewhat similar
to my idea.
