I created this article late last year on the wikia, but feel like it would get more attention and help here if it was talked about.

None of the deleted scenes have ever been fully released. We only have brief clips from the trailers, minor scenes that were superimposed in the corner of the screen on the 25th anniversary Blu Ray and we have the script. A workprint of the film has never surfaced but would most likely contain the scenes.
There has never been a recovery effort to find the scenes, just hopeful wishing from fans.
They are listed in the article but I’ll put them here too. They are as follows:
Alternate dialogue between Thackery and Elijah about Emily's disappearance (LOST)
Extended dialogue during the scene where Thackery attempts to rescue Emily (Blu-Ray)
Extended dialogue during the witches hanging scene (LOST)
Scene of Max arguing with his father Dave about taking Dani trick or treating (Blu-Ray)
Dialogue between Max's parents after he and Dani have left for trick or treating (Blu-Ray)
