After 9/11, ZOOM, which was a PBS Kids show in the late 90's - early 2000s, produced a special titled "America's Kids Respond". The special was about how the event affected kids, and what you can do to help, and what not. The special only aired in 2001, with repeats going on for about a month or so. When looking up the special, all you can find is the later special titles "America's Kids Remember" which was a sequel to the special. You may remember that this was featured in one of blameitonjorge's videos, however the footage in that video was of America's Kids Remember. The only link I have found of the special was a YouTube link, that lead to a dead video. That is the only link that would possibly lead to the special. It's not on any of the 9/11 television archives, not on the Wayback Machine, nothing. Unless someone has recorded an airing of this special, we might be stuck at a dead end.
