I didn't know the Vietnamese dub of Fire Emblem OVA on Bibi channel was actually a thing! But is it either voice-over translation or fully dubbed into Vietnamese but what year is Fire Emblem OVA premiered on Bibi channel in Vietnam?

2. BTW, did the official Vietnamese voice-over translation of Fire Emblem: Mystery of the Emblem (ファイアーエムブレム 紋章の謎) is translated from either the original Japanese-language version or the English-language dubbed version?
3. Did the Vietnamese voice-over version called Marth by his correct name or Mars just like the ADV Films English and Dynamic Italia Italian dub?

1. I don't really think they care tbh. Even if I did tell them about it, they won't really waste time and resources to tell me about it. 2. I did hear some Japanese in that airing. Bibi tends to have a one second delay to voice over the lines to translated it. 3. Vietnamese tongue doesn't have a good accurate way to say Marth but they did say his name correctly from what I've remembered.
