I think it was a commercial for either toothpaste or teeth whitening gum from about 2002. I'm pretty sure that I only saw it once, can't remember on what channel (though this was in Anchorage, Alaska, if that helps at all). In the commercial, the product that a typicalsuburbanfamilyunit is using makes them gradually replace every noun that sounds even remotely like the word "white" with that word until it culminates in a Waltons-style "turning out the lights" exterior shot of the house with them saying to one another, "White! White! Everybody!"
I can't find a trace of it online and if my sister hadn't seen it at the same time and we hadn't kept joking about it for months afterwards, I would have assumed that it was nothing but a dream. Was it just pulled because it was... iffy and nobody has bothered to upload a copy of it onto the internet? Is this a Mandela Effect lol? Or maybe my Googling is just weak...
