This one is pretty mysterious. There's so many different people we can contact for this one. After doing a quick search I found a couple of things. The first is this old kickstarter page for the movie. According to many articles and the kickstarter update page, it was sold to Sony Pictures TV and NBC.
These article also mention it. There's quite a few that mention it, actually.
And lastly, after going through some of Matt Angel's old tweets, you can find a lot of Half related stuff, including a picture of Riley's bedroom. There was also a Half Facebook page.
