Mr. Bill's Lost Media

I remember Mr Bill Presents, I think the most likely reason for "Ohh Nooo! Mr. Bill Presents" didn't get a home media release is mostly due to it's a package variety show consisting stuff from Mr. Bean (Rowan Atkinson), Retro Mr. Bill Shorts from SNL, Hale and Pace, Russ Abbot, Freddie Star and The Baldy Man
and to make a home media release possible, It will require licensing out content that was featured on the show and it'll be really expensive (especially with Mr. Bean involved)
The best chance for it to happen [though doubtfully will ever happen] is for the creator of Mr. Bill to start a Kickstarter to bring the show to DVD, Blu Ray and Streaming (YouTube, etc.) to circumvent the nightmarish licensing fees
