One Tree Hill unreleased scene

The promo for season 3 episode 19 "I Slept with Someone in Fall Out Boy and All I Got Was This Stupid Song Written About Me" shows Brooke Davis holding her boyfriend Lucas Scott on the basketball court, with her saying "is it true?" being heard. Lucas having a heart condition had been an ongoing storyline, and in this episode he tells multiple people that he has one. He is never shown telling Brooke. The short clip seen in the promo was almost definitely the scene where he tells her. It is said the creator of the series did not like the acting in the scene, and despite it being an important moment for the characters and their relationship, rather than reshoot the scene or just keep the one they had, it was cut and has never been released, not even as a deleted scene on the DVD. It is unknown why it was included in the promo when it wasn't in the episode. Perhaps it was taken out of the episode at the last minute.
As someone that loved this stupid teen soap opera, I'd kill to see this lol.
