Ok so I have been trying to find a video that I very vividly remember watching when I was younger in the early 2000s. It was essentially about this machine that makes people that look like the illustrated people on bathroom signs (see photo) the video goes on a while until the machine makes 2 adult shaped people without a child shaped person. Then the machine makes a child without parents and it falls on the ground like when a printer prints paper onto the floor. I don't remember much after that except a disturbing scene when the girl tries to draw a face for herself with a marker. I apologize if this explanation didn't make any sense or if this feature wasn't lost. If it helps I loosely remember this airing on a children's network late at night (hence adultswim) in the winter mabye. Does anyone have any info or memory of this?
