I remember seeing this music video all the time in The Filipino Channel in 2004-2005, along with that other music video I talked about here. The video is Little Mermaid-esqe. A short 1-minute version used to be available on YouTube but it is now gone. Found this video but I can't check if this is it because "This video contains content from WMG, who has blocked it on copyright grounds."

Still lost. Posting description from PinoyExchange.com (Old Filipino forum that is still up after all these years, better start saving it now before it becomes lost media too. The thread I'm linking to is not even in the Wayback Machine.)

hey guys got this from the KYG. post ko lang ha.
Christian Bautista lords it over charts
FRESH off the phenomenal success of his first single, Christian Bautista releases his second, "Hands to Heaven" to an eager public who seems to be hanging on every word from the 22-year-old pop star. In just a matter of weeks after its release, it shot up to the Number 1 spot in most pop radio stations and music channels.
A remake of a Breathe song, "Hands to Heaven" is a calm and soothing journey into the mind and heart, filled with heartfelt lyrics and one of the most easily recognizable and memorable tunes in pop music.
The music video, too, is a remarkable piece. It tackles the familiar territory of telenovelas by parodying the all-too romantic tale of the mermaid and shipwrecked sailor. In it, Bautista portrays a drowning man saved by a woman who he eventually falls in love with. Their relationship blossoms only for him to find out that in the end they cannot be together because she happens only for him to find out that in the end they cannot be together because she happens to be a mermaid. Christian first gained nationwide attention for his self- titled debut album with the single, "The Way You Look at Me," a single which garnered the number one spot in most radio stations' playlist as well as on MYX and MTV almost as soon as it was released. And with this second single, he seems to be doing nothing short of surpassing what he first started. Already, "Hands to Heaven" remains steady at the top spots of pop radio stations and music channels and doesn't show signs of slowing down any time soon.
Likened to the singing style of Josh Groban, Christian refuses to be labeled as "the next" anything. Yet he continues to strive to create his own identity and stamp his mark in the music world through his own merits.
One of the fastest-selling albums by a local artist to date, Christian sold 30,000 copies, jumping from gold record to platinum album in a matter of weeks. Today, his debut album has sold over 30,000 copies nationwide and the number just keeps on growing.
Recently, he just held his own, performing his first major concert, "The Way You look at Me" at Onstage at Greenbelt last July 30 to a jam-packed crowd.
With all these accolades at such a young age and such a short period of time, Christian Bautista is sure to be the future of pop music.
"Hands to Heaven" is on Christian Bautista's self-titled debut album from Warner Music Philippines.
The same press release is available in the website of the newspaper The Philippine Star.
