I don't know why I want to find it but I guess it is because I used to love this and kinda got me into Super Mario Maker. Back in around 2009 Nick.com started to make "Game Builders" in where you make levels and you could pick different characters with special abilities to traverse simple made levels by the player (very similar to Mario Maker).
At the moment I know of a version for Spongebob, Fanboy and Chum Chum, iCarly, the live action Avatar: The Last Airbender film, Penguins of Madagascar, Lucky Charms, Honey Nut Cheerios, and Danimals (last three being non-Nick themed). However, during 2013 a lot of these disappeared. I'd say the reason being that they were getting rid of some games and these went with them along with some other older flash games for the website. I'm not sure if this is still true being that Nick removed all of their flash games from their website, the .SWF files could very well be buried inside the website. The thing is that it can't load them and gives you an error message.
However, we may have a chance to uncover these and make them playable again. They weren't very significant to the website, but I always thought the concept of making levels with Nick themes were a pretty cool idea and open up lots of creative ideas. I don't really have much knowledge on how uncovering games works. But there might be a way to find these games, and possibly other games on the website. Don't confuse this with other "Level Builder" flash games, these were their own thing. I want to find this and I need some help on where to go and what to do.
I also have found that the Danimals version of the Game Builder could've been on the Danimals website as now by going to the adventure part of the website brings you to an error saying "www.nick.com refused to connect."
Here are some banners for the games and you can find some gameplay of some of these games on Youtube
