pbs kids game

This is my first time posting here, so here I go. Ok so when I was young I used to play on PBS kids a lot because my dad was always at work. There was this one game I used to play on the most. I don't remember  the name but I remember it was about a large rat named Dewy I think, and this white cat-mouse thing. You would choose one of three plushie at the start of the game. Then Dewy would put it in his backpack and then you would travel between these different colored bubbles to different places. I remember playing it between the early to mid 2000. I tried searching for it but only found one picture that even had the icon for it. I tried the link but it was about Teletubbies and google image search came up with nothing. This is the pic. Let me know if you remember this game. It's the third bubble.
