Hi everybody! Thanks to the admins for approving my registration.
I've come here to enquire after some news footage of a truck crash in the early to mid 2000s, which spilled sturgeon all over a stretch of highway in Vermont or Upstate New York I think. I remember this news piece about it really vividly with the reporter interviewing the trucker while there were all these fish flopping behind them. I think the semi-truck tilted on it's side and there was a cut-away to one of the sturgeon sort-of wrangling on the asphalt. I think there was something about the fish being en route to a restaurant in Delaware. Beyond that I can't recall much else. Looking for information online has come up short, so I figured I'd ask here to see if anyone else remembers this or might have seen this news story.
I also made a post on reddit, I hope it's alright if I post the link here: https://www.reddit.com/r/lostmedia/comments/ashhip/looking_for_information_on_a_sturgeontruck_crash/
Thanks in advance for any help, and I look forward to any responses that might bring me closer to finding this missing footage.
