So I also posted the link on the wiki page but I may have found The Korean Sci Fi Movie Sparkman from 1988 on DVDlostmediawiki.com/Sparkman_(1988_Korean_film)This website claims to be selling it for 45$. It's a region  3 disc. I would purchase it but I do not know if the site is legit or not.
