I’ve been looking into lost media recently, and it all reminded me of this short animation that aired on Nicktoons back in like 2005-2008. I remember seeing it aired between the airings of Nicktoon’s actual animated series. The short always stuck with me because I was young at the time and it was a cute story.
It was a girl with a giant cat(or other pet). She keeps pestering the cat to play, but all he wants to do is sleep. It gets to the point where he growls at her in anger. The girl cries endlessly. The cat eventually feels bad. He visits the girl in her bedroom, and cheers her up by cuddling up against her and saying in a dopey voice “I’m sorry”(IIRC, this was the only part where the cat speaks). The two make up, and that was the end.
Any possible info on this short would be appreciated. It would be cool to see it again,
