So, I've watched this full-length film a few years ago; in it, there were rabbits that were from another planet. I think they were trying to return.
I also recall a man riding a bicycle with square wheels; at a certain point, he has dinner or coffee with a female hard-boiled egg who would not shut up.
There was also a hotel and a burglar. There were no subtitles or dubs, so, it was hard to figure out what was happening.
That's all I can remember.
The film looked like it either came of the the 80s or the early 90s.
Any idea what the film could be?

It was 2D, for sure. Traditionally animated. I'm not sure if it was Czech. They might have been speaking Russian.
It was not Watership Down. It was something way more bizarre. Again; ALIEN rabbits, a man riding a bicycle with square tires (he was sort of heavy-set and had a weird face. Not ugly, or disfigured; it looked like his eyes, nose ans mouth were some sort of symbol. Maybe letters?), and a hard-boiled egg with eyes and a mouth who talked non-stop. There was also a burglar who tried to steal from a hotel, or an embassy.
The narrator spoke for a large chunk of the movie, as well.
I wish I could recall more, but that's all I know concretely, with 100% certainty.
I'm sorry, but nothing else occurs to me.

It isn't Czech, like I said it was; it was Estonian. Which is, I know, COMPLETELY different, I don't know how I confused the two. Also, it wasn't released in the late '80s; it was released in '98. I was WAY off.
Process for finding it:
I remember I first found out about the film through Wikipedia; I was reading the article on the Simpsons episode, "Krusty Gets Kancelled".
In the episode, Krusty the Clown shows a short animated clip called "Worker and Parasite".
In the Wikipedia page, there was an entry saying that "Worker and Parasite" was inspired by Eastern European animated films.
I remembered all this, but could not find any trace of the entry when I visited the Wiki page recently. It was lost to time.
And then I remembered that I had the Wayback machine to use.
SO.
It took some time to find the exact date (sometime in 2007 [Wow. 11 years ago]), but I was able to eventually find it!
In the 2007 Wikipedia article of "Krusty Gets Kancelled", there was an entry that said that "Worker and Parasite" was inspired by animator/directors like Priit Parn.
So, all I had to do was Google Priit Parn, and sure enough, I was able to find the film I was talking about in his Wikipedia page!
The film I was talking about was "The Night of the Carrots".
If you wanna watch an obscure, strange film that is hard to understand (I don't believe there are subtitled versions online), then give this one a go.
