No, not the feature of livestreaming in recent years. Before that, there was an event in 2008 called YouTube Live, where a lot of the biggest YouTubers of that year performed or was in the audience.
All I can find is a few old clips of individual acts. The original full event was uploaded by YouTube but it seems like it was deleted.
I was about 6 when this happened and I remember seeing it live and looking at the behind the scenes cameras. There was 3 cameras, the main one (which is the one that used to be up by YT), backstage, and off stage.
The images of the layout are out there but in very bad quality except for a few by a man named Steven Kaufman. Images below:
