I remember watching this commercial/PSA on TV back in 2006-2008. From memory, it had a family at a dinner table, or at a restaurant. The older woman starts to grab her chest and tug at her sweater. The boy yells along the lines of "Grandma's having a seizure!". The commercial seemed like a PSA to me because despite how ridiculous it was, it seemed to be serious, due to the music itself being serious. I remember my brother and I watching the commercial and laughing about the strangeness of what we saw.
It should be mentioned that I am from Canada, so this was possibly a Canadian PSA.
