History To Date (lost gorillaz promo DVD)

So this is my first time posting on here so sorry if I do anything wrong. Recently while browsing the gorillaz discography on discogs I came across an odd listing for a DVD called "History To Date". It was released in 2004 by EMI (which is the label gorillaz are under) and copyrighted in 2002. There's almost nothing else on it online except for a Reddit post which doesn't provide anything useful. It seems that the DVD might have something to do with 2002 live performances based on what I could make out on the dvd.
I made a post about it on the gorillaz amino and got another person to help figure out what this is. On discogs two people claim to have it and as well this a contributor who seemed to own it. There was also one comment on it saying that he had found it at a yard sale. After I messaged the person who made that comment they said this: "Sorry I don't have it any more but I can remember that on the back it was the demon days cover in white and red with an EMI logo stamped on it with a promo sticker ladle covering most of the back. I wish I still had it so I could take pictures of it but sadly I can't." The other person got a response back from the contributer saying he doesn't have it anymore either. I found that it was sold once on discogs back in 2011 as well as a comment from the seller saying that it only worked on UK DVD players.
