A few years ago I asked about this on r/tipofmytongue, but they didn't know...
I saw this video in 2006 or 2007, just around the time I started using the internet. It was a full animated flash video or a portion of one, featuring a weird skinny male character with a big head. This guy was moving frantically and from what I remember, doing obscene/weird things. Possibly defecating, masturbating, puking, etc. Actually, it could have been an entire series of such videos, but I'm not sure.
The character kinda looked like this, but was actually colored and had hair:

One more clue, the video might have somehow been connected to the B3ta site:

This I remember for certain. In one segment or maybe the entire video, there was a version of Taco's "Puttin' On the Ritz" playing. The music was possibly remixed or sped up in some way.
