Recently I just had a random memory of Pyrocynical and watching Minecraft videos from him. I thought it was probably some joke video I watched but the more I think about it the more it makes sense to me. I remember he had a series of let's plays on his channel for Minecraft Xbox 360. I remember a few things that I will describe now.
- In one of his videos, he had the seed to the version he was playing. I remember it was for a title update for a version in the teens, probably below TU16. It's possible that I still have the seed on my console because I remember trying to use it.
- One of his videos was named "Pyro the priest" In this video, he found a village and it had a church in it, where (I think) he started a base, so he called himself a priest.
- not too long after when I checked his channel he had changed his picture to a Mordecai (regular show) picture and the Minecraft videos were gone, then not too far after that to a smoking Mordecai.
- Looking at his oldest video, it was posted in 2014, but his channel was made in 2013 which points to a stronger chance that there was some content he tried before switching to MLG parodies.
- I remember in his last video of the series when he went missing he was in a cave and just made a furnace (not the pyro the priest video)
At first I thought I was just thinking of another YouTuber, but Pyro the Priest and no videos for about a year of time is pushing it towards it being him. Does anyone else remember this?
Edit: I just looked up Minecraft PS3's release date, which was about the time I bought it. It was released in December 2013, which lines up with about the time he posted the video with the seed and me trying to use it.
Edit2: I just checked his channel on the wayback machine, and I can see the Mordecai PFP and the Smoking Mordecai PFP after, but nothing before that. Link1 Link2
