Just checked the rules, it doesn't seem to require any uploads before you're able to see the download links... just register, activate your account and get the download links (and thank the uploader after you're done, just to be on the safe side).

Oh yes, I see. You need to have at least one post (any post, no upload needed) to be able to download up to 3 items per day, 3 per type of upload and 24 in total, along with other restrictions.


Requirements and restrictions for each rank:

Ghost - No uploads or posts. Can't do anything. The account will be locked after 30 days as a "Ghost".
No Uploads - Has posts, but hasn't uploaded anything. Can only download 3 items per day, maximum 24 (3 per section). The account will be locked after 30 days as a "No Uploads".
Mini Retro - Has uploaded at least one item. If one spends 60 days as a "Mini Retro" without uploading at least 4 items, the user is relegated and must upload two items to recover the rank. Can download as many items as desired per day, but still with a maximum of 24. Can't download special items.
Collaborator - Has uploaded at least 7 items, has uploaded an avatar and participates in discussions. Has unlimited access, except for special items.
Retro Collector - Has filled all profile information, is at least one month old, uploads at least one item per month and has done one of the following:
a) Uploaded at least 10 movies/specials and 10 series;
b) Uploaded 14 full series;
c) Uploaded 5 items previously unseen on the site;
A "Retro Collector" has full access to the site and may make requests and award other uploaders. If the user is inactive for two months, they're relegated and must upload 3 movies/specials and 3 series to recover the rank.
Mr. Retro - Has filled all profile info, is at least five months old, participates in discussions and has uploaded 20 items, 10 of them being either previously unseen on the site or rare. A "Mr. Retro" never gets relegated and has full access to the site.


In other words: it won't be easy to keep a high rank there, unless you improve you Spanish. You'd better post anything, download the movie and run, or keep looking for active users willing to share the links.

Has your rank changed from "Fantasma" to "Sín Aportes"? If yes, the approval process (i.e. include you in the group with privileges) should be manual, if not, try refreshing the page, logging out and back in, clear your cache or just wait...

The link you posted above is a guide for submitting uploads, it should get you started (you can try using Google Translate to help, though it won't be 100% accurate) if you wanna venture as a collaborator.
