This electronic music video absolutely exists. The proof is the notification from the another MV played on MTV block www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQBjhAVUi1A (about 0:25) that anounces "Excelsis" as the "next" video. It is not actually available anywhere. Another proof is that website thumped.com/music/videos/decal-excelsis/ with a dead youtube player that should have contain this video. There is also a torrent file with this video, but no seeders makes it unable to be downloaded: kat.host/decal-excelsis-t742454.html Video is pretty old (1995) and never gained any momentum. Was broadcasted only on late-night MTV Europe blocks like "Chill-out zone". There are probably plenty of lost videos from this block and I may extend the list.
There's apparently a music video that was only ever shown in Australia for "Pretty Fly For a Rabbi" by "Weird Al" Yankovic. His Australian record label wanted to make a video to accompany the single of it they were releasing, but Al refused to make one, instead telling them to compile footage from his last tour.

There was a music video in progress for Nine Inch Nails' 2005 song, "Everyday is Exactly the Same" but the video was scrapped in post-production. Only one thing survived from the video: a picture that was posted on the nine inch nails website but taken down soon after. The photo had shown a clapperboard in front of a water tank which had what appeared to be a three-lead EKG inside of it.
