"*** Forbidden. ***" error when trying to create article

Sorry, our spam filter has been acting strangely for a few months now and we still haven't found the source of the problem. If this happens, I'd recommend waiting a day or so and then trying again, if that doesn't work then maybe try to submit the page without links and then add the links back afterward... It's far from ideal, but thank you for bearing with us.
