Definitely Peep and the Big Wide World! Very preschool and I barely remember it, but I somehow can. VeggieTales I've watched but not a 'Qubo' version though.
I watched a ton of Peep when I was around 9-10. It was pretty simplistic but in a charming way that still managed to hold my attention even though I was older than the target audience. I super vaguely remember Stanley, if only because one of my uncles had the same name. Never watched it myself because my family didn't get cable until long after it stopped airing. Pretty sure I still have one of those novelty towel cloths that you would buy in a compressed shape and then drop in the bath that's Stanley themed.
