At my doctor's office there was a still image of Ronald McDonald by the machine, and is an image that has not been found yet. The bad thing is, they removed it a few years ago, when I was younger so I didn't know it was a part of lost media. It is a pediatrician office in Bloomington, Indiana.

You should ask them what happened to it. They might still have it in storage or somewhere. It could've been a animation cel from the video. While we're on this topic there has to be some sort of master copy of the tape out there or some surviving copies of it. Filming in McDonaldland confirmed they have no copy of it but they said that a master tape might still exist
