A Place of Our Own (PBS series about parenting)

In fourth and fifth grade, I was obsessed with PBS Kids programming. Before the block would start, they would play this show called "A Place Of Our Own", which was a show that gave parents tips on how to raise their kids. I don't remember much of it, except for the soothing instrumental music that was part of the intro, an episode about Halloween in which the host showed the parents she was talking to a lollipop and discussed how razors could be hidden in them, and an episode with a song that went "At the beach, at the beach!" over clips of children going to the beach. However, I can only find a few episodes online despite some being released to DVD, but that didn't cover the whole series.
