I want to write an article about the game Danmaku Amanojaku Gold Rush that was only available in a pair of anime conventions and probably it could be playable in future ones. However, the game never had an official public release because the game author created it too simplistic in purpose, making it, in his words, "nothing marketable".
I know that there was some tech-demos articles with almost the same condition, playable builds that never release outside events. But the issue here is that Gold Rush could be playable again in future anime events. Its first release was in 2014 and later was set on 2017.
Is this considered as part of "lost media" even if it have the probability to have another appearances in the next years?
