May I suggest a consolidated thread for all discoveries on this show?
It's hopeless; who has been here long enough to remember that one person made who 30 threads on PBS Kids bumpers?
That's lowkey hilarious. It reminds me why I wouldn't hang out in the discord as much because there was a time it was getting spammed by somebody who was OBSESSED with Bye Bye Beavers🤣
If this is going to be the super thread on JBVO then I'd love to join in the search. I got super deep into trying to find the DBZ episode and even found some people I could have contacted, but felt uncomfortable doing so because some of them straight up left the industry as a whole and could only find the business emails/a jewelry Facebook page.
Also I suggest linking all of the other forums in the original post just for easy reference, although I guess it's only a few responses down.
Edit: Did not realize how old this post was, my bad!
Oh wow I had no idea Viva Las Bravo had a Russian dub phlmhunter
I guess I should assume every European adaptation of JBVO got dubs for every relevant language over there.
Generally speaking though JBVO is something I haven't thought about in a while. I think it kinda peaked when that clip of the DBZ request surfaced years ago and from there it kinda went downhill.
I looked at the Wiki article a few months ago and found that some of the archived episodes had been removed or taken down. Captain B. Zarre who also was a big help to the search doesn't seem to be around much anymore so I'm not sure what he's been up to.
I also found this a while ago and have no idea where it falls in the timeline or why it exists, something called Big Bravo Breakfast youtu.be/49KZUafscwE
I'm all for helping out but with how many new dubs and spin-offs keep appearing out of nowhere it's getting hard keeping track of it all on top of how hard it was just with JBVO

Documenting that these spin-offs existed at one point is already enough. I don't mind if full episodes of any of them are never found. The one thing I've realized about lost media is that looking for breadcrumbs is as fun as getting the bread.
From the video description: "The title sequence from a successful breakfast show I produced featuring Johnny Bravo...called Big Bravo Breakfast. Animation and graphics by Sonia Pang Narasimham. Abba-esque vocal layered theme tune features the brilliant vocal talents of Joanna Martin. " Uploader is MartTelly. In case anyone wants to follow this lead.
The same uploader also uploaded a video called Scooby Sundays: "An old promo I made for Boomerang, that needs no explanation! " In case anyone's interested.
Yeah that's true, I can agree with that mindset. I remember there was a CGI JBVO test a few years ago that we never got to the bottom of but just finding it to begin with was pretty fun.
I also recall that description for Big Bravo Breakfast and did a little looking into the guy I think. I might have found his website but I can't remember for sure.
I guess to me it's just odd even finding another Johnny Bravo block that seems to be shrouded in mystery equal to that of the other European ones.
I know this hasn't been updated in a long time but I don't know how else to post this as I am new to the forum and I wanted to post this information here as I believe it may help with the future search. I have been following the Lost Media scene for a little less than a decade now and have mostly just observed but discussion on the topic of this show has really started to bug me so I want to hopefully provide details (to the best of my abilities) regarding it.
JBVO from my memory was rebroadcasted. I was born after the millennium and therefore would have been completely unable to view the original airing of JBVO as many online resources describe (with I believe the final airdate listed online being in either 2001 or 2002). I however remember stumbling upon this show when I was a kid. Sometime between 2007 and 2009 at air times between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM (sorry I can't be more specific, my memory is very foggy as a kid).
I never saw a full episode but I do remember it airing on Boomerang relatively late with a banner at the top of the screen (I think it was yellow) that stated that the episodes were previously broadcasted with the air date. These banners I think only appeared when they would come back from shows or breaks but only briefly. The only episode I remember was one with Scooby-Doo in the booth but after a short time some other character showed up to replace him. Not sure of the character but I do know they were humanoid.
I wasn't allowed to watch anything Johnny Bravo back then so I don't have much attachment to the character but I can say that I remember watching bits of this back in the day. One last thing I will say is that I also remember some of the clips from some of the other JBVO-like shows were used in some intermissions to promote Johnny Bravo airings on Boomerang. I only remember this as some of the scenes I have seen from those more recently discovered shows looked awfully familiar to what I had seen in ads when I was a kid.
I, unfortunately, don't have much proof aside from my age to say that any of this is legitimate. I don't believe I have any CN or Boomerang recordings but I will try and check. Keep up the good work y'all.
