As you know, The Gerald McBoing Boing Show is lost media but we got some hope
A fellow retro toon enthusiast who goes by the name "AnimeGolem" has out of print tapes which contain compilations of varying items from the show
and recently has uploaded 2 ripped VHS tapes and 1 solo item on YouTube
He states the following still needs to be unearth (most likely via VHS recordings of the USA Network airing of Mr. Magoo)

"Quiet Town"
"Meet The Inventor: Samuel F.B. Morse"
