What I think we should do first is to try to contact the original poster who uploaded the clip and ask him if he has any copies.
I have hacked into the government data base, and here's what it said. Iguanas are actually controlled by goldfish. You see, when they are very young, they eat a goldfish, but the goldfish stretches their fins to the top of the iguanas brain and transports their brain through their fins to the iguanas brain and take control over it.

The video was uploaded back in September of 2012, by a facebook page called "大將軍豪洨專區-什麼都聊廢文區" (roughly translates to "Xiao Hao generals area - talk about everything waste content area")
The facebook page is catagorized as a sports page and posts a lot of content about Baseball.
Roughly translates to: Follow the main popular baseball sports events, supplemented by non-profit oriented business services Tracing asked to talk about something no private information Welcome to discuss cooperation programs
CPBL scores and pulsation Topical Issues finishing Fun humor cute cartoon
So the question is, why would a page related to Baseball post a 30 second clip of a Doraemon movie?

Well, it IS Japan. Maybe it was just like an advertisement? Why would they air the ending for it? SO MANY QUESTIONS

OK, I just got in contact with the admin behind the facebook page. He has the full VHS, backed up to DVD nd wants to have it backed up again with an AV to HDMI adapter. He isn't willing to give the movie to anyone or rip it. He offered some more screenshots and more movie clips, then told me about his now-decfunct YT channel. I offered him a suggestion to upload some screenshots and clips to mega.nz but he declined. He did give me the plot of the movie though.
