The Columbine Basement Tapes (partially recovered audio)

So I noticed on the page for the basement tapes that there's nothing mentioned about the recovery of a snippet of audio from one of the tapes. A father of one of the victims was given the chance to watch the tapes and secretly recorded a small section of audio while viewing it. Link is here:
