Playground building simulator?

Hello, I have vague memories of using some early 2000s pc software that was some kind of playground building simulator. It had 3d models of all these playground parts, like tire swings and monkey bars. I’m not sure if it was a game or some tool for people legitimately planning on building a playground. I don’t remember any objectives or purpose to the software so I doubt it was a game, but my family never built or planned on building a playground for me so it’s really up in the air. I know this is very unclear, but if this reminds anyone of something specific, I’d appreciate your help!
