OK, so ou might have seen my thread about "I Can Do It". There is another obscure show that I kind of want to look into as well though. It's called "Funny Farm" (sometimes it's reffered to as "At the Funny Farm"). It aired on Treehouse from 1998 to 2001, and was produced by RedCap Productions, the company behind other Treehouse interstitials "I Can Do It", "Wanna Play?", and "Grandma, Look What I Found". each episode (I believe there were 40) would run about 5 minutes, and had the following segments: glimpses of an animal to guess, facts about that animal, and kids playing a game at the farm such as "peek-a-boo". It sounds childish, but is so nostalgic and gives you a warm feeling in the pit of your stomach. And remember, these 4 shows were created by Kathilee Porter, who also created the Treehouse classic "Ants in Your Pants".
Only a single episode has been found by this user on YouTube called jaco4221 jaco4221 . The episode in question is "Pig". Here is the link.
It's says it's from a website called Torch Browser. This show, like "Grandma, Look What I Found" and "I Can Do It" is currently owned by Chip Taylor Communications and CCI Entertainment ("Wanna Play?" is currently owned by 9 Story Media Group). I'd love to find the rest of the series.
I'd say the best bet for finding this show is to look in VHS tapes. Sadly, I don't have any (we didn't/don't have a VCR and obviously this is too obscure of a show to be released on DVD) so all i can really do is look on the Internet. I'm not sure if the show's creator would care about this show anymore or not.
All in all, this is really frustrating so far but I think we can get farther if we dig deeper. Hell, we found The Bittles, we can find this too.
"Grandma, Look What I Found" (made by the same company, and currently owned by the same company as this) was released on DVD, but it's just extremely rare. You never know what might turn up.
Quote stating that: And RedCap Productions has created The Funny Farm, 40 five-minute, live-action shorts. Aimed at preschoolers, the tiny shows will combine cute animals with fave games and activities like peek-a-boo.
I've seen this article. It also talks about "My Special Book", the Treehouse show we're mostly dedicated to finding now.
There are no images shown, but since the one found episode's name is "Pig", there are animal names on here that might help us find more episodes (not actual names, but more like sounds)
Potential episodes:
"Cat" "Horse"
I go to the CRTC logs sometimes and make up complete episode lists of shows. This won't be necessarily in the correct order, though, since the logs start in September 2000, and this show premiered 2 years before in September 1998.
Also, there might be even more episodes than the 40 stated (wasn't there 100+ episodes for Land O' Hands?).
It says on Radical Sheep's website that there were only ever 50 "Land O'Hands" info. The 100+ episodes is false info. But then again, Katrina Dekirmendjian (one of the kids from "Wanna Play?") stated that the only episode she remembers of that how is "Red Rover", which is not one of the 40 episodes. You could very well be right in that case.

Concerning the CRTC logs, how exactly do I access those?
It has programming logs for every radio and television station with select ones starting in August 1999. Treehouse logs start in February 2000, but they're in a .arc file format (which I can't open) up until September 2000.
Funny Farm airs after Bear in the Big Blue House with sporadic airings after episodes of Toy Castle and Treetown. Let me know if you spot other airings after any shows
(Taken from Sept. 2000 Treehouse logs)
Make sure to check your tapes from Sept. 2000 for BitBBH
I wasn't born until July 2001, and my BITBBH tapes were from 2002 to 2003. The fillers after those airings were "Wanna Play?" and "Pet Squad".

Also, from September to October 2000, there's a full list of "Wanna Play?" and a full list of "I Can Do It". Both of those series are 40 episodes. And from January to March 2001, there's a full list of "Grandma, Look What I Found" and "Land O'Hands". The former is 40 episodes and the latter is 50 episodes.
If I contact anybody involved with the show, where do I start? How exactly do I phrase my message so it doesn't sound odd?
Just say something like "Hello. I am part of an online group of archivists called "The Lost Media Wiki". We preserve and archive lost or obscure media." just go from there.
