When I was in the 4th grade around 2002, we started to have some days where the class would use the computer lab. We usually got to play around with some edutainment PC games. I'm trying to find out what they were. There was a hub of different minigames you could play. One was a racing game in the style of an 80s arcade racer on a bland, black track. One was a puzzle in the form of I think paintings where if you solved it a woman's face turned into a creepy cat before meowing/hissing? Another was a room where you had to put out fires? Hard to describe it more than this, but I also remember a song that would play sometimes that went, "Add, subtract, divide, multiply, you can do it all with Polly by your side!" Sung by a deep-voiced man.
So as a small update I looked into this some more myself. I can only assume the Polly I recall in those lyrics is Polly Sparks from JumpStart PC edutainment games. I've been looking into the many titles but can't find any connections to anything I described so I'm still not sure.

I remember her! Although I also remember she was a villain in at least her introduction game, JumpStart 3rd Grade: Mystery Mountain. She was also in JumpStart Typing, but I don't remember if she was a villain or not.

That's what threw me off. I know she's a villain but I can't imagine who else would be getting name dropped in an edutainment song lyric than her. I tried looking at some info of the games she's in but can't find anything like what I described above in them.
Found it. Poly is the spelling of the character's name in this game. Not to be confused with Polly from JumpStart or Polly Pocket who had a ton of edutainment games.
