A couple of years ago when the Hub network first started airing my older brother told me about a cartoon he saw early in the morning one day. The show was about a boy and his dog (how original), but what made the show stand out was that the whole thing was in black and red. I recently decided to look up every show that aired on the Hub network in order to find it, but no cartoon like that ever aired on Hub network. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
