The documentary is called "Nevidljiva Smena (Invisible Crew)". It is about how a "Neva" rocket system crew shot down an F-117A stealth fighter during the Yugoslav conflict and NATO intervention in 1999. Really interesting stuff on how stealth technology was beaten. It includes interviews with all of the crew members and reenactments. Also interesting is how it reveals how it seems that the crew commander(Zoltan Dani) got all the glory and awards,despite the fact that in reality his contribution was minor.
I've found parts of it on youtube,but can't seem to be able to find the whole thing anywhere.

Part 2/3 was taken down,and 3/3 is still up(the last 14 mins of it).
I would really like to find this in full,and it feels so close,but there's still huge chunks missing :/ .
