I'm sure at least some of you remember this game. It ran from 2007 - 2009. The premise of this game is to go on adventures with Bloo and do chores/tasks to build up your citizenship. Simple concept but a fun game.
As far as a 10 page span of a Google search can get me, nobody has the files. Some .exe files that claim to contain the game but there's no way in hell I'm running those. I'm not even sure people can have the game's files, it was a flash game run on Cartoon Network's website.
Maybe if we had the files, someone could restore this game to working order. The only issue with that is that it was sort of an online game. You didn't actually see people (if I recall correctly), but the game ran off a login/password sort of thing.
I know for many and many of yearsm basically since flash games were a thing, there have been special programs that let you download the game, mostly designed for offline play. So you have a chance bud, I realllllly hope you find what you are after!

It's possible to download your average flash game like the ones on Kongregate or something, but this is a more complex case, since the game's entire data wasn't contained within one .swf file. IIRC, the game was spread across different many pages and it required you to be logged in to play it. Even if there was some way for the average user to grab the all files while they were still up, it would take some reverse-engineering to get the game up and running again.
I don't really know the extent of searching for lost media other than sifting through Google search results. Would be nice if other people could help on this search.
I definitely remember this game and spent quite some time playing it. However, as has already been stated, the game was spread across many web pages and was separated into several chunks. Finding a piece or two? Might be possible. But the whole thing? Very unlikely. The amount of work needed to even get the game running again would be astronomical. You might be able to find a few assets, but as for the game itself, I just don’t think it’s recoverable.
However, I will do my best to attempt to help you somewhat in this search. We need to start by trying to locate some assists from the game, which I’m not sure if that would even be possible. We’ll see.
An unfortunate thing about online single and multiplayer games is once the game's servers go offline, there is no way to play the game again unless the game's developers and publisher decides to make an offline version of the game available or decides to bring back the servers (both cases that rarely happen). This happens all the time, including this game and usually the only things that survive about the game are some screenshots taken by players and gameplay videos before the main game's servers were shut down.
In this case, I don't believe that the game's files are going to be easily recoverable since they were all stored on the game's server and it would be hard to extract the game's files all at once because the game requires the player to be logged in at all times, so it would be impossible for an outsider with no account to grab all of the game's files. Once the game's servers are shut down, the game's files that came with it are gone as well and even going back to the Wayback Machine or using an old launcher you downloaded the game on won't work anymore since the game's servers have been shut down.
Despite the frustrations of normal day life we go through, the best thing to do about it is still being happy for our friends and family.

Hypothetically, if we were to have the entire code, someone who has enough knowledge could take out the elements of the game that require multiplayer. However, from what I recall correctly, there were HARDLY any multiplayer elements to the game. It also required an account to get in but someone could remove the need for it.
That's my main fear. I have my doubts about discovering anything but I also have hope.
If someone has an old computer and played the game on Internet Explorer, parts of it might be in their Temporary Internet Files still. If it required a login I can't see Wayback getting it and if nobody else saved it the chances aren't looking good.

Kind of funny and also not funny at all that you say that.
I just booted up my old family Dell computer the other day for that particular reason and the hard drive is dead. I had played the game a few days prior to getting a new computer and we haven't used it since. Damn it lol

I'd say hang on to that as a last resort - it might still be possible to recover from that but that's typically expensive. SWF files all start with a magic key, so even if there's no pointer to it like there should be because of a hard drive failure it could be possible to dig out, maybe.

When you say that the hard drive is dead, do you mean that the operating system does not boot up or that it isn't spinning at all? If the operating system just not boots up, you can easily take out the hard drive out of the laptop and buy one of those devices on amazon or something that can turn your hard drive into an "external" hard drive. In that scenario you have a possibility of accessing the temp internet files. If I recall correctly that stuff is located in %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files

Completely dead. Clicks and won't even boot to the OS.
