on twitter, my friend was talking about a possible lost kirby gamecube game that came out around 2005 (13 years ago).
as you can see from the original tweet attached to the post, she said a presser sent for the game said nothing but the phrase "3D pink-hued quest". i linked her to an article about cancelled Kirby console games. in her reply attatched to this post, she said that one of the games mentioned resembled it.
i was wondering of anyone had any information about this or had any similar expiriance to hers. im curious
It cannot be the Kirby game from the article you linked her, as Kirby's Canvas Curse was released in 2005 and development for Kirby's Return to Dreamland went from 2000-2011. If anything it could be a pre-build of the game for Kirby's Canvas Curse.

if so, than why does my friend say she saw a presser that nintendo sent to her
it wouldn't make sense for nintendo to have a presser for a pre-build of a game thats going to get discarded as soon as the game comes out, at least to my knowledge

unless the thing she saw was for a game that was going to release later than 2005

Your friend is most likely talking about Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble 2. That was in development for the GBA and GameCube and was revealed in 2001, but was quickly scrapped. At E3 2005, Kirby Adventure was announced for the GameCube, but Kirby: Canvas Curse was released in 2005. So your friend either has something related to Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble 2, has some press release of the game, or as you pointed out, was a demo for Kirby: Squeak Squad which came out in 2006.
Ask your friend to send photos of what she is talking about, as it will clear up the confusion a bit.
