I was wondering if anyone can help me find this episode of Blue’s Clues, where it had Joe, Blue, and Tickety skidooing into a world full of clocks, and yeah.
I would recommend to check the Blue's Clues Wikia for Season 5 and Season 6 to see if you can find the episode you're looking for as they were the seasons that Joe took over as the show's host as Steve had to go to college. From what I can tell from your description, is it "Skidoo Adventure" even though Tickety Tock isn't in the episode.
Despite the frustrations of normal day life we go through, the best thing to do about it is still being happy for our friends and family.

Oh never mind, I found it. It’s called “Numbers Everywhere!”, and instead of clocks, it’s numbers. False memory.
