Yeah the script was confirmed to exist by at least one other Reagal employee. The cover was likely made around the time of the script, but it's likely the entire project was scrapped after that- or at least that's one scenario.

They probably just listed it on Amazon prematurely before it actually went into production, which, knowing Reagal, wouldn't have even taken very long to begin with.

Maybe the movie's actual production reels are lost so the movie existed but it actually got lost at some point?
