Records show Reagal Films LLC was registered for a business license as required by law with The Offices of The Georgia Secretary of State: Corporations Division on October 6th 2008. The owner of the company is listed as Lorenzo Holley and they refiled their annual registration paperwork in 2014
The Registered Agent who filed the paperworks name is John Weinstein, I can’t find any info of him online and the address he listed for himself on the business registration paperwork belongs to a storage locker facility...
I'm still wondering why Reagal's website hasn't been updated in over three years. I know Lorenzo is doing other things, but Reagal is supposedly still active. Also, if ADWSS wasn't released for whatever reason, wouldn't Reagal want to remove the listing from their website? Is John Weinstein of much use to us? At least we have another possible lead.

Who said they were still active? They haven't made a film since 2013.
I might have been slightly incorrect, but all four websites from the update contain the word 'active'. The most recent ones list Reagal as noncompliant, so I'm guessing that they're probably not active. Ignore me and carry on searching for John. I'll have a go as well.
So looking at the kickstarter I see they got $11,000 from 20 people. This seems to be ridiculously high from such a small number of people and looking at other films on kickstarters I see most movies that actually are legit have something like 115 backers and $3,000
More interestingly I'm looking at the buyers perks from the people who donated and see eight people pledged $20 or more, two people pledged $50 or more, three people pledged $100 or more and one person pledged $200 or more. Now assuming all of these people have the top amount possible (meaning for the $20 or more the person gave $49 for the $200 or more the person actually gave $499)
The combined total would be 499 + 597 + 198 + 392 = $1,686
That is still 7 times smaller than it would need to be in order to equal the actual amount that was donated. Meaning the only explanation is that these people donated a hundreds of dollars but picked the backers benefits for someone who only donated 20 or 50 dollars.
Why would they do that you might ask? They wouldn't. It would only be done to stop red flags from being set off since people would question why every single person who donated had sent over $500 and why there were no smaller donations.
This is reminding me quite a bit from an episode of Breaking Bad. In the show the main character Walter gets cancer and has to cook meth to pay for his treatment but his family doesn't know about that and he would have no way to explain where the money came from. So when his son sets up an online donation page to raise money for the treatment Walter decides to use that to pay for his treatment by sending thousands of small donations to the webpage anonymously which adds up allowing him to pay for his own treatment.
I'm not saying Lorenzo Holley is selling drugs or anything but the numbers on the kickstarter page just don't add up...
Thanks for the link, but you forgot to add in the two people who donated $5000 or more. The maximum amount would then be $21684 (assuming that no-one paid 99 cents or something), so it could have been possible for 20 backers to raise not only $10921, but the entire $20000. I find it strange that no-one donated $5. I guess that people knew about Lorenzo's habit of not updating websites.

Oh okay I didn't notice that, but even though it is possible, who would donate more than $5,000 to that movie?

Agreed. Its like somebody put puzzle peices for many jigsaw puzzles into one bag and then expected us to make one jigsaw puzzle out of all of them.
I rise from the ashes. Only to fall back in again.
