I love watching the "GIFs with Sound" compilations on YouTube. There are some really good ones that I can't seem to find. What I can remember off the top of my head is compilation #2 had a gif of 2 giraffes hitting each other in the head with the song "I Whip My Hair Back and Forth" by Willow Smith, followed by a gif of a "Team America: World Police" character from Iraq or something on the back of a truck waving his hands in the air to the song "Levels" by Avicii. compilation #5 had a notable one where a bunch of gifs (notably CGI "Halo" characters dancing) were playing to the song "You Are a Pirate" from "LazyTown". Does anybody know these specific compilations or have the videos archived? I'd love to see those again.
Not entirely related but it bugs me these videos are called GIFs with sound. GIFs are images, either animated or static, that cannot have sound. By the time the clip reaches YouTube it's been converted to MP4 and is not a GIF anymore.

Yeah, I guess I can see that. What they mean though is an image that was originally a .gif file with a sound over it. There's an online generator for it and I've made some of my own for Reddit (moviesounds101).
