theirs this movie i watched when i was a kid during this nickelodeon shut down thing i had direct tv at the time and when i went to the nick channel this looped video of a guy played saying that they were trying to get nick back on tv or something so i went on hbo kids and remembered watching this movie about a theater i think and was stop motion it kinda looked like doogal and gumby i cant remember much of it though i do now it was some boat or something floating in the ocean at the end of the movie one of the characters i remembered was a fugitive or robber or something when all the people left the boat floating theater thing the cops were there and tryed to arrest the robber guy but he escape, this probaly isnt lost media i just cant kind the name of the movie so plz tell what movie this was
